The written and photographic evidence provided by the staff member is sufficient to prove you were flying, as you even wrote "i was literally testing it out". Testing or not, our rules are very clear, client modifications which we deem to be not allowed are strictly prohibited regardless of the circumstances. You can wait out the rest of your ban duration. If you (or your friends) decide to leave the server over this, then that's your loss. ~Glitch
