Yesterday the server chash again and I was on so my ender chest got reset. I dint post this yesterday because i had to do homework. If a staff member can give me back my items I would appreciate it a lot and sorry for my poor grammar. Proof of items lost:
This report doesn't make any sence. Why would you take a screenshot of the items before you "lost" them? Even if a staff member said in chat "Ok guys your enderchest is going to reset why would you just leave the stuff in there? Looks to me like you just want some free items.
Unfortunately the staff have come to the decision that we cannot give people any items back as there is no way to prove that you have actually lost them etc. We do apologise this, we are working as hard as we can on trying to fix this issue. But for now try to keep everything in private vaults and normal chests until we can sort this out. Thank you for understanding ~Lee
