So I have been trying to use my stone generator to expand my island. I use my beacon with Haste II to get the instant break and save time. However, today when I was trying to do so, my beacon was not giving any of the effects. I was in range of it, and I could see the beam of light. I would get the effects for 8 seconds, and then they stop for 20-30 seconds. It was not replenishing, as it should. I tried reconnected and restarting Minecraft several times, but it did nothing. I am not sure if this is server lag, or the beacon is being glitchy.
I feel like it's your connection/your internet. It's happened to me before and because I'm Australian, so it takes me a little bit of time to get the beacon effects, it's not too bad though only a couple of seconds. Since this report was 5 hours ago, is it fine now?
Yeah it's better now, but it has been going on and off. Not as often as yesterday, though. I'm pretty sure it was just a bad spike in lag, because before the problems with the beacon started, I crashed. Thanks! Sorry for late reply, I was out celebrating my birthday :d
Guys im not able to join to the server at all... every time i try and connect it gives me (unknown host) and all my other servers are working fine, what is happening? and can u fix it? u guys are the best so i hope u can
