Using a swatzika or however you spell it isnt racist, being a so called "Nazi" and following the religion that classifies you as "Jewish" isnt two different race's they are just religions.... but know religion is not to be talked about in chat for whatever reason.
How is a swastika not racist? Swastikas are very closely associated with the Nazi regime for obvious reasons and I'm pretty sure that's the first thing people think of when they see one. And I don't even get what you mean with the rest of that sentence, but it seems like you're very uneducated on that issue. They even banned swastikas in Austria in the Insignia Act in 1960 for that reason - let me quote what it says. "Abzeichen, Uniformen oder Uniformteile einer in Österreich verbotenen Organisation dürfen öffentlich weder getragen noch zur Schau gestellt, dargestellt oder verbreitet werden." Translation (done by me because there is no English version of this available) "Insignia, uniforms or parts of uniforms of a organisation banned in Austria must not be worn, displayed, shown or spread in public." (note - the NSDAP (the Nazi party) was banned in Austria in 1947 in the Prohibition Act) The punishment for re-engagement in Nazi activities in Austria is not as bad as in Germany though. I don't know too much about that specific law there because that's not where I'm from, but I know they banned it according to the German Criminal Code §86a and you can get jailed for up to 3 years.
I am not from Europe. I am from America. All they tell us is that the symbol is Nazi and Nazi is rasist. Please do not call me un-educated. I understand what you are trying to say here, but you can not stop what has already happend.
I wasn't even talking to you and that should've been obvious considering the content of what I posted (making clear that swastikas are indeed racist) and the fact that I quoted Heroicaman.
No one should be able to back this up and give him an excuse. Using a swastika in chat is not a joke, it can offend many people, and it should grant at least a warning or small punishment. Swastikas or any other offensive symbols used in chat should be punished the same way as bypassing the swearing filter. Should he be banned? No. Should he receive a warning and then further punishment if he continues, yes. You absolutely can not say something like "he isn't a real Nazi so don't get offended." That is the exact same thing as saying "Faggot" in the chat, and then someone says "he isn't a real homosexual so don't get offended." Edit: I saw that Yanny muted him, and sorry I did not read all of the above replies. The main point of this post was to basically tell @Heroicaman that he's wrong.
