Lower the YouTuber Requirements

Dear OriginalSkyblock Staff,

My name is Landon, better known as Tropical. I'm here to make a suggestion about the rank "YouTuber." So, previously, I had applied for the rank and I was denied due to not meeting the required subscriber count, but I did meet the view count. It has come to my attention, and I've noticed that the YouTuber applications have been removed from the forums. I don't know why this is, most likely because the Administrators realized that a decent YouTuber would never come to OriginalSkyblock, so they decided having applications are pointless.

You see, this is my problem. The required amount of subscribers used to be 1,000, and I'm guessing still is 1,000. Explain to me, why on a server that can't even bypass 50 players on at a time, has a subscriber requirement of 1,000? Let me go ahead and show you something.

Server A Requirement- 1,000 Subscribers (500+ Players at a time)
Server B Requirement- 2,000 Subscribers (1,000+ Players at a time)
Server C Requirement- 1,000 Subscribers (250+ Players at a time)
Server D Requirement- 1,000 Subscribers (320+ Players at a time)
OriginalSkyblock Requirement- 1,000 Subscribers (10-30 Players at a time)
These servers have been renamed because of censorship.

Do you see what I'm saying? You guys have high, pretty much implausible expectations of the YouTuber rank for how small the server is. I'm suggesting that the requirement be lowered to 500 subscribers; because of 2 reasons.
1) As stated previously, the expectations of having 1k are too high and implausible.
2) Lowering it will bring a load of new YouTubers and help grow the server.

1,000 isn't "too high," but it is implausible. Implausible- "(of an argument or statement) not seeming reasonable or probable; failing to convince." 1,000 is not reasonable for such a small server. And here's the truth. If I wanted to, I could hit 1k by March, but I'm not going to sweat and tryhard on YouTube just to get 1,000 subscribers to be a YouTuber on OriginalSB and a few other servers.

 

I've made none. I never said I'm applying for the YouTuber rank, I'm just making a suggestion for the general requirements. I can't even play OSB, because it crashes my internet and requires me to renew my DHCP lease.
