    Are you disputing a ban, mute, or jail?

    Why was this punishment given?
    Because I asked Razzey190 is she got a rope and asked if she could give it to cam and rock
    I know it was super wrong and that I should never joke about suicide
    Who administered this punishment?

    If you feel as if you didn't deserve it, do you have proof showing why?
    I really know it was wrong I said it as a joke. And rock took it super seriously and I could not even explain myself. Suicide is never something to joke about and I know I had perm mutes since before.
    Why should we lift your punishment?
    Because I'm super sorry and have a lot of friends on this server that I never can talk to again if I'm muted please forgive me I will lay low and never be salty or do something like this ever again.
    Anything else you would like us to know?
    I feel super bad now

    You've been previously perm muted and got lucky when you received a second chance; you should know better by now (especially considering you've been temp-muted on this reset already). Saying things like that, even if joking, is not funny and is taken very seriously. Disrespecting staff because you thought that something was handled wrong is not appropriate and against one of the most important rules. You were already on thin ice, as I'm sure you knew, but decided to push it anyways.

    Oh this is gonna be a fun one

    So other than making a joke about suicide, which has very low tolerance by many people and should never be joked about, some of your other infractions of our rules include you bypassing various words including the N word, C word, F word, B word, and just about any word that is filter on here. You have also advertised on here, talking about another server for its toxicity, then comparing our server to them say, "This server is more toxic than [Server name]". You've acted like a four year old that day, to the point where you were banned from the discord due to your actions. You were originally going to be muted this reset, but out of the kindness of some of the higher level staff, you were not, and look at the actions that you have done and where they have led you to.

    So what you are saying is you disagree with the punishment that was given to you, even though it was the 3rd or 4th time you were perm muted, when a person starts to lose track of how many mutes you've had, that's a sign you have broken the rules far to many times. You said yourself you've had perm mutes before due to how toxic you've been, yet we keep letting you off the hook saying, oh maybe he's finally learned his lesson, only to be at this exact same spot 3-4 months later.


    Let me quote you with the first thing that you said when you joined this reset, "Staff please dont mute me. I'm not toxic anymore." Judging by the fact that we are here again talking about your mute, you have shown that you can not change.

    I didn't mean to be so toxic just how my friend got banned and all of that made me pissed off
    Rock was playing around with my friend pickaxes and I asked can I mine in peace now he said something like yes good luck with that now and banned him

    I really deserve it
    I've done messed up and could be happy with a 4 week mute that will make me learn my lesson
    If one more act like this you guys can perm mute me and i will not complain again

    And one question am I not allowed to say my opinion about that I have found way more toxic players on this server than on the server I'm not allowed to name.
    And how is it ok for example Cam to call me trash and always being mad towards me but I cannot say anything about people??
    For example, I said once when the tps were super bad I said why is the tps trash. AND instantly Cam said "ur trash" back and I find that very offensive. And is it really ok for staff to bully players like that?


    BTW I have a High grade of ADHD and autism, my autism is even in the social part so it makes it hard for me to understand some social codes.

    well it was quite obvious cam was joking when she said that to you, but that doesn't make it okay for you to joke about suicide.

    I am the type of person to not judge until I get MY own opinion. I honestly didn't even know that you were previously perm-muted until it was mentioned to me.

    You say "I said once when the tps were super bad I said why is the tps trash," as if that's the only time you mention TPS. You constantly complain about it being low, over and over again; to the point where it is spam. You do it just out of spite and I'm not the only one who's noticed.

    I will apologize for saying that, I never intend to hurt someone. Although in my opinion, me saying that and you asking Razz if she had a rope for me and Rock to kill ourselves with is VASTLY different.

    Lastly, you say that if given a second chance, you'll be good. Yet you continue to complain to people about the staff and the server. (These were from this morning)

    Hello,

    You've said all this before, multiple times. Like Woofer said, that's the first thing you said after this reset a few weeks ago. I personally told you I'd give you another chance and believed in you. Since then you've been muted exactly 4 times excluding last night (I told you you'd go back to perm on 1 rule violation). I think we've been too nice since you clearly haven't changed a bit.

    I really don't think we need any other arguments. We've given you multiple last chances and keep blowing them.


    I'm sorry but you did this to yourself, appeal denied.

    As I mentioned to you, and as others have as well. You were not perm muted right away for this offense. You were originally only muted for 3 hours (not by me I'll add). You choose to bypass that through discord and the mute changed to 3 days. Because of your previous mute record, it was decided that you would be perm-muted. As Thom mentioned, you were only supposed to be given one chance but received many. Once again you keep bringing this upon yourself.

    I explained this to you in-game but didn't get anywhere as you just kept making up excuses. Again, as I mentioned previously: Kade and your circumstances are much different. In chat, I asked for the subject to be changed more than once before it was taken care of. Just so everyone is clear, this is what was actually said.

    This appeal was already denied by Thomas. It seems now this thread is just being used as a medium for the appealer to pointlessly ramble on with their various misgivings about certain staff members. I will not tolerate this level of disrespect toward our hardworking staff volunteers, they do not need to justify themselves to you about a completely unrelated situation involving different people. You're welcome to submit a new appeal come next reset for reconsideration.
