Are you disputing a ban, mute or jail? A perm mute. Why was this punishment given? I know this will sound generic but I honestly forgot. I was probably doing something stupid or bypassing a past mute or something along the lines of that. If I'm correct, thom told mr_idot and me that if we ever broke another rule we will all get punished and mr_idot broke a rule so I got a mute, then I bypassed it but I might be wrong, if I am please correct me. Who administered this punishment? KingofTheDogs I think but I don't have a fond memory of the incident. Do you feel as if you don't deserve this punishment? I feel a punishment was deserved, however with that being said I think it would be fair to reduce the punishment from perm to like a year or something. If you feel as if you didn't deserve it, do you have proof showing why? I do not have proof but if you want to check my past appeals there might of been proof, although im not sure if it is relevant to this appeal. Why should we lift your punishment? I know I have a bad history and I know I'm inactive. I just wish I could communicate with others easier, a lot of people keep asking why I never talk and there is no way to explain myself. I've tried to prove myself in the past 4 - 6 months and show that I've changed for the better even though I rarely got on the server. I don't think the punishment should be lifted but it should be reduced. I am 17 now, its been a long time on this server, I was edgy but I like to think I've changed enough to say that I won't cause problems or draw priority to my name. Anything else you would like us to know? Most of my appeals were made right after or made because of anger so I usually would go after people and I apologize to anyone that I attacked, especially nate, I have tried to tell him that, even wrote a book and gave it to him. I am also sorry to any staff I harassed, especially thom. In one of my previous posts I talked about our server getting hacked, which it did happen, it wasn't fabricated either, someone got access to the console, and many witness can verify what happened that week, including mr_idot, ooniturtle (forgot his name), AeroCube copied the exact name of the Original Skyblock server and we all tried to get him to change it but he didn't and then he started dming people the ip to his server in osb which I think angered the past owner, he did come onto the server and got pissed at us but I dont think he had anything to do with our server being hacked, he might have but I dont have proof of that. I can't justify my past but I can move on and grow and hopefully show that to the staff and players of this server and to everyone that I offended or attacked I am truly sorry, nothing was personal and to me it was funny back then. Before I end this post I would like to add that after my past appeals I would go and break the rules which makes this appeal really hard to believe and that's why I want my mute to be made into a year mute or around that time. I can wait and play as a mute but In the future it would be nice to be able to communicate. Again I am actually really sorry for my past actions.
After reviewing all records concerning the events and individuals in question, I have come to a final decision concerning this appeal. To be clear the appeal is to lessen a perm mute not to fully remove it currently. The request was for it to be lessened to a year. After looking over everything at my disposal I have decided to Lessen The Mute to 6 Months. I do not make this decision lightly, as it is to allow you a chance to prove yourself.
