If you mean rank upgrades, I don't forsee that happening for 2 main reasons:
1) Maintaining a server costs real money, and personal time.

2) It weeds out the serious players from those that may abuse the server. If someone has to use real money, they most likely will want to respect the server, other players, and the game, not to mention other benefits as well.

 

i agree with everything you said. i am a donor but i donate in short waves. again someone came to my island and killed my npc's. i can almost bet it was a none donor as they dont always respect what others have done and built

I agree With tiger, I'm a member but i respect others because I use to be admin on another skyblock server that had prison and I dealt with heaps of situations with people destroying what they have built, I use to spend most of my time on minecraft rebuilding what people have done
