Alright, I understand that unnecessary or non-purposed caps can getting annoying sometimes, but does one or two short lines of caps really deserve to take the time to screenshot, make a forum post, and have staff decide punishment for it? A much better option would be to just ignore it. Problem solved. Otherwise, just be reasonable. A case probably doesn't deserve to be reported unless its a major issue.
