Some staff makeing fun OF Famly dieing

This was not meant to offend anyone. This was meant as a joke mostly because someone yesterday said something and it is now a inside joke, do not take this personally because that's not what the meaning of that was. Sorry to offend you if I did, but please listen next time when I try to explain what I meant. As you were yelling at me I was explaining the meaning of this joke and then then you just went off and said you were going to report me, it would've been better if you listened to the explanation before hand, then we wouldn't have this problem

yeah, this doesnt include you kyle, but people do occasionly have sob stories about "Im poor " And try and get everyone to buy them a rank!

 

also might help if you put the screenshot where you said it because to a normal player this doesnt mean anything also you've donated?????

Firstly I would just like to point out three things;

1 - Lula, Thor and I were not making fun of anyone dying at all. We would never do such a thing as that is down right rude and horrible to do so.
2 - Read over the chat again, I think you will find that Lee did not say anything about a dog.
3 - Over the past couple of days many accounts have been signed in and have all told us about how certain relatives have died. And almost all of these people have said the same stories etc. (involving grandparents/a dog/car crash/nearly dying) So when me, Lula and Thor asked about these, We were not making fun or anything. We were simply trying to find out if you were being genuine or if you were among the many other people who were trying to use "Sob Stories" to try and get free stuff.

Now I am not saying that your situation is a Sob Story or not. All I want to say is please don't jump to conclusions and go around pointing the finger saying staff are being rude etc. and next time please actually listen to the staff when we explain to you why we asked these questions and explained it to you in chat. Also if you were to have posted up screenshots of the rest of the chat, around this screenshot you have posted, it would have painted a very different picture than what you have said here.

Also my condolences do go out to you and your family upon the news of your Grandfather's death, as I am sure that Lula's and Thor's do too.

I hope you have put some time in reading this as it would be much appreciated.

I agree with everything lee has just said! Sob stories are getting more used to get free stuff. I also feel really sorry for you about your grandfathers death, im sure it has come to a shock!
