From what I have gathered when talking to CaptainBob, I may be slightly off with the info but this is what I understand. Is that the server currently accepts both 1.7 and 1.8 clients however we only have 1.7 blocks and times. Now to update the server to 1.8 I believe there are a few conflicts which means we would have to do a reset for it to work. So at the moment I believe we will be staying on 1.7
I dont think it would be fair to people who lag on 1.8, have issues with it, or may not even have it, so I dont think it would be fair if they were regulars and they couldnt get on the server if we update to `1.8
The skyblock plugin we use, is no longer being coded by the owner. Which is why there are bugs. How ever another dev has taken on the plugin and is updating. I tried on a test server to update to 1.8 without updating the skyblock plugin, and i didn't work. WG(new) isn't compatible with it. So i have to wait until the new skyblock plugin is stable and ready to go. http://debocraft.x10.mx/skyblock/ this is the plugin site now. I am checking it every other day. and waiting.
