    Lordy it is bannable if people are a abusing it! Members and donators are not meant to be using it. Staff are allowed to use the command! I see Crow/Hydra using it once! Once! And not like 20 times. He is not abusing it. It's clear you have a problem with him Moose but he has done nothing wrong here, please stop documenting every single action he does. Again please stop swearing.( on a side note, this is not helping your staff application one bit. Just saying )
