Is this allowed? I was playing a game of connect four with kylie for money. If I won, I would get 5k. If she won, I would get 10k. I won that game and kylie didn't pay me. I would have payed her 10k if I lost. So I risked a lot of money for nothing. This feels like a scam. Do you guys think this is allowed? Please let me know what you think.
