   This is on behalf of ava_feedz, who recently lost her spawner to clearlag. There was no staff on to see this, so I took a screenshot. You can see after it cleared the items ava_feedz said that she just lost her spawner.

   sadly we can't return stuff due to clear lag. sorry, but if we did it for one person we would have to do it for everyone else.

   This isn't exactly solid proof, anybody could say 'I lost ...' once clear lag has happened and as Yanny said we can't return lost items.
