As I see it sega is that you donated to the server to help the server stand strong and tony didn't so I personally believe that it would be unfair if tony got your rank when he doesn't deserve it due to the fact that it is a paid rank for a player eg sega
Pretty much what Micro said- A donation is to help the server which you guys play on. Because of this, we give cool little perks to the people who decide to help us keep running. Because of this, giving the rank to Tony ruins all meaning of it. It's winning an award in school, only to give it to your friend. It doesn't really work like that.
