I am stuck in someone's nether portal trap

    I made a portal, went to the nether, but I forgot that it was possible to accidentally get through someone else's portal. I can't get out because they have iron bars all around it. Please help if you can.



    P.S: Because I am still technically in the portal I can't type anything and because I can't leave the portal I can't get back through.

    is the portal in the nether?
