Well I think you shouldn't have other people make the decision for you, you should so what you think is best, just if you leave for awhile doesn't mean you have to resign either you could take your break as staff, you should still keep your rank. As I did, yes I was removed from the staff board but once I came back from my two,three months break I was added back to the board.
