I don't know if this is actually a bug or what but I have been making a giant cactus farm at the bottom of my island, it is made out of cobble... this was increasing my island level as it should do but now whenever I place cobble no matter how much it is having no affect on my island level... this is only with cobble from what I can see, everything else changes my island level, can someone help?
Certain items have a maximum amount of blocks that will affect your island level. I believe you have just hit the maximum amount of cobble blocks placed on your island that will take up your island level.
ok thanks but why does cobble have a maximum... i think that should be changed because cobble is what everyone uses to expand islands, therefore for it to have a maximum on how many you can use to affect your island level is just a bad idea because that means people wont be able to get as high a island level as they can and therefore wont be able to complete the challenges... it just doesnt make sense for cobble to have a cap
I think the reason cobble gets nerfed is because otherwise players could just make humongous cobble walls and towers using lava and water.
I think it's partly that and partly wanting people to use blocks other than cobble such as stone and stone bricks, which give better island levels with higher (no?) caps and really aren't that much harder to get than cobble.
