Thank you for reporting! This picture doesn't have proof he is hacking. But he was banned as we did get proof that he was. Also, a mod with your coordinates is allowed, any mod that doesn't change gameplay is allowed. All it shows is a coordinates mod. Yes, he could have more but it doesn't show it. Getting "technical" isn't necessary.
