Lonely is bending the rules. Clearly the rule is don't AFK of the server. He asked out loud for people to speak up to see who was AFK and who was not. only about 5 seconds had passed, people started saying hi and what not to show they were not AFK, and he starts kicking people right away who had not spoken, which is uncalled for, as he didn't give other players who may be slow at Typing enough time to even respond. I called him up on this in chat, telling him to stop, and to give them time to respond, and he started stating the rules of the server, which I am well aware of, I made a few points, and he then says "Don't take this to heart" and kills me, and his reason for killing me was he wanted a blaze rod. which he then says 5 minutes later does anyone want this blaze rod I don't need them And just now he asked me to TP to him so he could give back my stuff, and he was waiting in the PVP arena to try and kill me. Last time I checked there is a leniency for 15 mins for AFK players before staff should kick them. That is one of the rules I Believe he bent. And another that he outright broke was "Don't Tp kill players" Telling me he was going to return my items, asking me to tp to him to get my stuff back, and he tries to kill me in the pvp arena.

I waited over 30 seconds, close to a minute. Even a quick "lol" or random letters in chat would have been acceptable. I was doing this, as it's server rules. You're response to that was "What if they're young and cant read". If someone is young enough that they haven't learned to read, then they are obviously too young to understand the dangers of the internet. Secondly, you've blown this completely out of proportion. I gave them a kick. Not a mute, not a ban. It takes 3 seconds to reconnect, and if I had kicked anyone who hadn't let me know that they were afk, they would reconnect. It wasn't a punishment, just a regular cleanup. What wasnt caught in the screenshots you took, were you calling me a troll, which is disrespect to staff and will be regarded as that. Thirdly, I went to the nether. I went, and broke a few blocks there, hung around for around 30 seconds. You knew I was there, and had the option to run. Nether pvp is not illegal, and when you go into the nether you acknowledge that there is no protection. Finally, I offered you your items back. I was in the middle of a pvp battle with Ulfrak, who promptly pvp logged afterwards. Destro was also behind you when you took the screenshot, he can back that up. Basically, in the end you were just disrespectful to staff, and pvp logged. This thread has been dealt with, so I'm going to lock it.
