*This differs from my last appeal because I was appealing for the wrong reason. Why was this punishment given? Reason stated was "Repeated offenses with repeated warnings." So I am appealing to get unbanned for Repeated offenses with repeated warnings. But to me this makes no sense because I was never warned. So I am going to assume I was banned for what was said. I will appeal to both "reasons" Who administered this punishment? Someone who used a roll back plugin to see what me and my friends said on the server when no one else was online. Do you feel as if you don't deserve this punishment? I feel that no one was offended in the game by what my friends and I had said. The reason stated is a false claim because no one else was online besides my friends who got perm banned as well. We did not revive any warnings and this offense was a first offense. Never before then did I swear on the server. I said the word Idot which pissed off admins and mod, note I said admin and mods, no one else had a problem with it. This punishment should not have been enforced because the reason stated for me being banned is incorrect. Even if a mod or admin was in SV they never warned us or said anything. If you feel as if you didn't deserve it, do you have proof showing why? This is the only proof I have cause I was banned way after what had occurred. Why should we lift your punishment? The punishment is way to severe for something said in chat. A perm ban for swearing when no one else was online. This was in the chat with the filter, no nicknames where changed to have swear words in them. A perm ban should be for hacking or by cheating to get an advantage. This punishment should of been a mute. Not a perm ban. Anything else you would like us to know? This server seems to have problems with staff handling some offenses and it seems like they always think of banning before enforcing any other punishment. There are other ways to deal with offenses besides banning.
Hi there, I don't think I really need to show proof of anything because Shaunie has shown it before. Let's be clear about one thing, if there's no one online on the server that doesn't mean people can't read what you say. You can chat through Discord which means everything you said was visible in Discord, including the bypass spam. So on your ban list we have spam, bypassing, staff disrespect, mentioning racist names and I'm sure I can find more. You weren't warned at that time but if you're completely honest, your whole crew has been warned and punished a ton of times in the past. Those warnings came with softer punishments. If you just continue misbehaving I don't see the point of keeping you around on the server? If you come online just to cause trouble then you should know there will be consequences. I'm not sure what you're trying to say with "admins and mod, note I said admin and mods". It's pretty hard to have helpers stand behind this decisions since we don't have them at this moment. So what you're saying is the whole staff team agreed right? If you're still not convinced, try to come up with more reasoning why we should think about your appeal. Have a great day Thomas
