Randomly lost all of my items!

    I was on my horse riding on my island and then me and my horse started taking a bunch of damage. Me and the horse died, and I lost all of my things. None of it dropped, just disappeared. I'm pretty sure it's a weird glitch. - IGN: ChristopherTJ

    Do you ride it in a tight area ? I believe you and your horse took a bunch of damage because of suffocation in the wall.

    I think so, but when i died none of my items dropped, just disappeared
