Now, before I start this, I'm gonna ask for no rude comments or anything like that. So, let's start this. Now I've done the math and I've been scammed/fraud-ed worth 100k. Now, at first I thought scam was allowed. However, I went into the rules and found nothing that has to do with scam. Many Helpers say it is not allowed while some helpers say it is. I just want to clear this up, is scamming allowed on the server?
Scamming is uh.. Its to an extent. Personally a few helpers and I are trying to lead the server to stop scamming, but as of now it is legal. But frowned upon as word will spread quickly and people will know your name and resent you for scamming
The answer is yes and no. If it is caught by someone, they will be punished, if they aren't caught, no it will not be punished as an after offense.
