Hello Everyone! I am happy to announce that the OSB shop plot system is back to being fully functional! So it ended up being a little more then 2 weeks as we were waiting for the new spawn, but it's done now and it's amazing. So with the new spawn and therefore new plots, we have some important changes to the way plots works, be sure to read them all because your plot can be deleted if you violate one of these rules. The following offences will result in your plot being unrented and your items being refunded. Not building anything on plot for 2 weeks Leaving your shop unfinished and/or dysfunctional for 2 weeks Not coming online for 21 days The following offences will result in your plot being deleted with no refund of items given. Not having enough money to pay rent (rent is automatically removed from your account) Building farms on plots Building inappropriate builds or offensive symbols on plots (genitalia, swastikas, etc.) Displaying inappropriate or prohibited language on plots (via signs, blocks or any other means) Depending on the severity of the offence, your access to rent a plot may also be removed. Follow up Q&A Q: Can I build a farm on my plot? A: No, building farm(s) on your plot is strictly not allowed. Q: If I have a shop on my plot, can I also build a farm on my plot? A: No, building farm(s) on your plot is strictly not allowed. Q: If I have a shop on my plot, can I just have a little auto farm in the corner?
