/spawner command does not work

    I can not seem to change spawners ... please help. I attached a screen shot of the error message.

    This simply means that you are not a high enough rank to use /spawner, that is a perk given only to donors (indicated for this command) and staff members.

    it's /espawner after the changes the other day, no explanation was given why
