While "Dick" can be used in an offensive manner, it is also an incredibly common shortening of the name Richard, and I believe it should be mandated by online staff on a case by case basis. If my first name was Dick, I would be incredibly offended if I personally found out that I couldn't even refer to myself in chat. While I do agree with it resulting in a chat clear and warning if it is used offensively, it should not be completely censored in my opinion. Thank you.
