Many players have been coming to the forums to report. With doing so, a lot of the time, nothing is being done and that is because you guys are not reporting it correctly. So here is how you report it.

1. Go to the correct forum section. This is Reports
2. Fill it out like this:
When reporting a donor or staff, use /realname {NickName} to find their real in game name. If you do not have a screen shot OF THIS. This report will be ignored.
This is really all you need to do.
